Soft Serve News does not share or even store your credit card information (except the last 4 digits of your credit card so we can reference it to you if there is a billing issue). We do not share your email or phone number with anyone. Occasionally there are data outage from the satellite, Air Force, NOAA or somehow along the line from creating the data and getting it to you. They don't happen too too often but they will occur. We cannot guarantee that the data will be available 100% of the time. Much of that is beyond our control unfortunately.
